The Skyway between Hamilton and Burlington, Ontario
The Burlington Skyway is part of the Queen Elizabeth Way, which links the Niagara Peninsula with the city of Toronto. The 8,400 foot free-standing structure - supported by 76 piers - crosses the entrance to Hamilton Harbour, which separates it from the rest of Lake Ontario.
Yes, it was another hazy day!

That bridge is spooky to be on, isn't it? Once, we were going to go to Niagara Falls and had to take an alternate route because the wind was so strong, they closed the thing!
We have to cross a bridge over the Skagit River to get to Burlington---Burlington Washington that is.
Nice shot. MB
Lucy and Dick Show,
Yes, it can be scary on a windy day, that's for sure.
imagine the views from the top of this high bridge
Nice.
(I saw 'my' local bridge in the thumbnail and had to quickly change my post!)
Cool! My company has a branch in Burlington. I talk to the people there alot. It's nice to see something of where they (and you) live. I'm not sure I would like driving that bridge every day though! :)

We must live in the exact same region. I'm a Hamilton girl, born and bred.
Great shot of the Skyway from Burlington's side.
