Everybody seems to hate weeds, yet not considering their beauty in shadow. But not you! The sun is still strong up North, and this a beautiful shadow!

These weeds cast a fascinating variety of line and shape in shadow! Great shot!

I love them!! Never thought I would say that about weeds, but they do make lovely shadows -- at least they do the way you capture them! Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

How does one determine if a weed is a weed? Some people smoke weed.

Is a shadow of a weed a reflection of the real thing or is it an illusion?

See what you've done? I'll be confused all day! Yes, I know, that's nothing new!

That shadow on the right looks like a palm leaf. But you're in Canada, right? Hmmm...

Meanwhile, have a great week! Keep laughing!

Weeds??? There's no such thing, only plants in unexpected places. When people look askance at my overgrown borders and start to open their mouths , I get in first by asking :"don't you just love my ornamental grasses?"

Great feathery shadows.
