Autumn/ Mosaic Monday

Autumn in Ontario

True, it's autumn but there's still lots of life outdoors! A few trees now have bare limbs but many still had yellow leaves. Farmers who have been working their fields have not been out there alone - sea gulls are right there to "help."  This pileated woodpecker was busily capturing end-of-the-season bugs and this cow was enjoying some autumn sunshine.

Fantastic mosaic and the fall colors are beautiful! I love the cow and the pileated woodie is a great sighting.

I love this mosaic...the color of the trees, but a reminder of all that is going on as the seasons change. Giggled about the gulls helping! The woodpecker is busy ... and I love cows ... those big brown eyes!

Nice way you did your mosaic this week Tina. Looks like the cow was waiting patiently for the photo to be taken.

What a neat mosaic. Love the theme and the way you put it together. I was especially taken with the picture of the cow...must show that I don't live in the country.

Oh oh I like this idea. It is a super mosaic--so clever. I am going to have to figure out how to do this.
The trees are so pretty. MB

Beautiful, peaceful views of nature at it's finest. Our trees are about half bare now but there is still much color to enjoy...for now. High winds are expected in the next couple of days :(

EG, I love the "pattern" of your mosaic. Those golden colors are so radiant!

Being a city girl, am not so privileged to see the rural life.

Beautiful backdrop, with those golden leaves! Ontario is having a gorgeous autumn. This is my favorite season, and here in the Pacific Northwest our colors are fiery this year, too.
