Bridge late afternoon/ Shadowshot Sunday

Highway 48, Canal Lake, Ontario

These shrub and tree shadows on the sides of this old concrete bridge seem almost like a mural enhanced by the cracks and stains of age.

Before I even read your description I thought of a mural. It's a beautiful shot.

Pure beauty.
It really looks like the trees were painted on long ago.
I never see this kind of stuff. My head is in the clouds I guess. MB

What fun.
Were reality meets mystery.
Will this double for bridge day?

It looks like a painting on the wall - a mural as you said. It's delightful.

The perfect winner of the week-end, as far as I can see so far §;-)

Loving the autumn combo! Rusty & might, can't ask for more.

The shadows look like faded paintings of tree silhouettes. A really amazing photo!

If you cropped that picture that wall would look like a painting - no idea that it's a part of a bridge!
Greetings from Helsinki! :)

Wonderful how the stonework textures, the light and the shadows create their own beautiful mural! Great shot!

I had to do a double take to see the shadows. It must have been very early or very late. Great shot.

the shadow on the bridge's wall on the last photo is quite interesting. it looks like a mural because of the rustic hue. awesome.
