Elora/ Sunday Bridges

A truck crosses the bridge over the Grand River, Elora, Ontario

In the foreground, Canada geese swim close to the edge of the falls ignoring signs (not in the photo) that warn them that any accidents that might occur will be their responsibility.

Definitely been there! But what strikes me is that it has been rare - considering it's only a few miles away. Great shot.

Regarding your comment: Walking across the bridge is the only way to the new park on the other side. It is at the end of town---town being only a couple blocks long. Here is a link that has a nice history.

A very nice bridge shot. I hope no ducks were harmed in the taking of this photo. :)

Ah, Canada geese are smarter than French ones. Ours are totally illiterate, at least yours choose to ignore the signs! :-) I love how this all comes together with the fall and geese in the front and the very nice bridge in the background.

I love steel bridges. Are the pilings stone? The geese in front of it make for a lovely shot...great composition. The whites, greens, blues, and grays are beautiful
