Oak leaves, Bobcageon, Ontario
Some of the oaks in the Kawarthas (a region northeast of Toronto) have turned from green to yellow, oranges and reds. And due to high winds, a few leaves have already fallen to the ground.

Wonderful fall mosaic! The fall colors are gorgeous. It is still somewhat warm here and the trees are mostly still green.
The leaves are leaving...soon...meanwhile they provide a kaleidoscope of color...nice mosaic!
You do such a fine job with your mosaic posts.
«Louis» looks forward to them.

It's definitely autumn in your neck of the woods. And a perfectly beautiful one it's going to be it appears.
I just love oak trees, such majestic trees. Beautiful fall color. Take care and enjoy your week.
How delightful. How a simple thing like a leaf can bring such joy, beauty, color to us! Wonderful!
The leaves are so pretty!
Nice leaves with great color. the whole collage is great looking.
The Oak Leaves here always seem the last to turn and then they are outstanding. MB
I love seeing the different proportions and lay0outs people use for their mosaics.
Leaves are best, don't you think?
Nice?
Wow, pretty colors. Ours have not changed yet.
Lovely mosaic full of rich colours. Our oaks are beginning to turn now.
Time for Autumn colours, time for a lovely Autumn mosaic, very well done!

Your mosaic is so beautiful and makes me happy just looking at it! I love the colors of autumn!
Love the oak leaves Tina. Very few grow in our area but I've noticed them in forested areas of Barrie.
Their shape has always fascinated me so I bought a cookie cutter oak leaf long ago.

These must be red oaks. Am I right? The oaks we grow here in Alberta are burr oaks and they turn yellow then brown before falling. Still lovely trees but I love the colour! Nice mosaic!
Really beautiful!
Oh, they are so beautiful! Your colors are so much further along than ours... thanks for sharing! :)
The thing I miss most about Ontario is the dramatic change of season - the red maples, especially.
Lovely, EG.
