Love the architecture you are showing...and that shadow is almost prettier than what it is a shadow of...yet I think the pine cone is neat.

The pine cone art is artistic. Did you set that up? LOL
Great collage too. MB

You do shadows well. I've told you that before. I live in the shadows. Have to. People are looking for me.

What does "articulated" mean. Looks like an old rusty pine-cone shaped thingy to me! Cute, though. And shadowy.

You found some neat architectural shadows for SSS. I like that pinecone, too.

Love the architectural design, especially the photo in the upper left.
The lattice is going upward and its shadow is going down.
The shadow from the articulated pine cone is quite dramatic.

Hope you have a fun weekend! Spring is almost here!

Terrific "pine cone" wind-chime with its shadow as well as the montage, EG. I agree with Jacob, you are really good at these.

The inverted pine cone is artistry, breaking up the horizontal and vertical brick lines - it changes all that symmetry nicely! The victorian details on wood makes beautiful shadows!

The shadows in this collection are like beautiful works of art! The lonely shadow in the first photo is like an introduction/entree to the creative collage of shadows! Beautiful!

The pine cone shadow looks more real than the ornament which cast it, I think. Great catch!

Love the architectural shots, particularly the upper left iron on white detail. Well caught with the articulated pine cone...pristine :)

Love the pinecone, bet it has the most woodland-like tone...and the shots of the shadows on wood...WONDERFUL, you just find the best! Have a great Sunday!

And what is the purpose of an articulated pinecone? I need to look up the meaning of "articulated." I know some snakes are "articulated," and I'm wondering what that has in common with pinecones. A project for tomorrow, I presume!

Which is more beautiful: the articulated pine cone or its shadow? It's a tossup to me!

SHADOW SINGER

Of shadows an old man did sing;
He chanted in Guelph and Beijing;
The shade was his friend,
He loved it no end—
It made him feel rich as a king!
