Fishers/ Shadow Shot Sunday

Two generation of fishers, Keswick, Ontario

I was intrigued by how the boy's rod and part of the shadow were parallel. And I like the way the dad is gently helping his son.

That is a really nice shot. I love all the different angles on the shadows.

You are the ONE when it comes to shadows. And it's good you didn't have any big, bad Canadian words in this post. I can say Keswick without hurting myself!

Hope you're having a great day!

The little guy wants to learn the art of fishing, from threading the line to casting to the best lures or perfect casting techniques. The big guy teaches, the little one watches and learns patiently. This pair will relax by the lake, fishing and waiting for that bite of a hungry fish...

I love the blue tone of the photo with the splash of red on the young fisher.

Great pic. I love the shadows but you captured the relationship between the man and the boy. The expression on the man's face tells volumes about his good humor.

I can just imagine the conversation in relation to this shadow shot. Makes me wish our stormy, windy weather would calm down so I could do some fishing, too!
