Shadows left and shadows right; Shadows dancing through the night; Shadows crouching on the wall; Shadows spring and shadows fall On the unsuspecting guest, Who thought shadows offered rest!
Exquisite shadow shots! Love the texture of the sidewalk as well as the flowers and planter! Superb captures for the day! Hope your weekend is going well!
The planters have beauty inside, flora of green and other soft colors, maybe pastels. Yet, the shadow adds a neat effect to the whole scene – the sun adds almost a fourth dimension in artistic detail to all. Enjoy the massive sunny days now, the Great White North is true to its name most of the year; Celebrate the warmth while you can!
Simple yet elegant ShadowShots. Everyone here is so happy it is finally getting warm...everyone but me! I like my weather below 70degrees, but I do like the shadows that the warm sun provides. Have a good weekend.
I think just knowing you can't enjoy this kind of thing year 'round makes it even sweeter! Especially for things like the hostas. They sure like they are goners for good when winter comes by.
Name change: Originally, I started this blog to show the world what a wow place East Gwillimbury is. But I have wandered well beyond EG's borders! EG is still in my name as I am still based there. My family calls me CameraGirl because I take my camera with me wherever I go.

Beautiful, defined shadows on the sidewalk! A great sign of a sunny day!

Ah yes, we have been enjoying some nice sunshine as well.
And the sunshine gives us shadows to find!
Summer doesn't last long, does it?
We must enjoy it while we can, although I hear the humidity will be back here in Connecticut on Monday. Boo. :(
Happy shadow seeking, EG!

Firstly, I like the fitting blog post title you've chosen. Secondly, your sidewalk shadows are delightfully shown!! Well done.

Lovely shadows! I have a similar picture this week :)
Great shadows!
I like the little bit of red poking out in the first photo.
Nice shadow shots.

First time to hear the name for that flower, so I had to google it:) It's a lovely plant with delicate shadows.
thanks for the visit.
Gorgeous shadow shots - really strong shadows I can just feel the hot sunshine - take care - Jane
I love the hosta photo. Hostas have such big, strong, showy leaves and such tiny, pretty, little flowers.

I've never grown Hostas, but the shadows in the pot look like they might be petunias.
Nice shadows all around.

Sweet and simple...very nice!
I love the way plants decorate the sidewalk
Love the way your plants make shadows! Great choices for SSS!
Sometimes the shadows of plants are more interesting than the real thing. Lovely!
