Feathers
I think the feathers make this hat look elegant. This man was fascinated by a steam engine that powered a mobile saw mill at an antique steam engine show in Fenelon Falls, Ontario.

Pheasant feathers. I had friends who'd give me some after they went hunting. Wonder what happened to them? Oh, wait, that was 65 years ago!
