Wild apple and quote to go with it
This weeks challenge: Match a photo from your town with one of your favourite quotes
I guess I like this quote because too many people like to take credit for what they've accomplished without giving credit to all that has happened before that made it possible for them to accomplish what they've done.
So how far back does "scratch" go? :)

I love the apple.
I do love the quote and the photo. B
One of my favourite quotations. It's used a lot by Brian Cox - a British particle physicist who is very popular on BBC tv shows. He makes science understandable.
To ze beeeg bang!
I have this quite strong urge to have an apple for lunch. Wonder why? This makes me very nostalgic. It's been a long time since I've picked an apple from a tree. Heck, it's been a long time since I've picked anything from a tree, except for Spanish Moss...ugh!
You've put together a great pair - the photo and the quote. Very nice!
Gorgeous apple, and a quote that makes me think. I always really loved Carl Sagan.
That certainly puts things in perspective! Maybe I'll stick with frozen dinners.
Great illustration of the quote. That apple looks ready to pick. Did you eat it after the photo session?
You are making me think and that is hard! I had never thought about it this way, but it is so true.
A perfect pair.

Lovely lovely! Both the apple and the quote! :)
Very philosophical and that apple looks delish.
Good one. I'll think of it next time I'm cheating with my dinner... ;)
Gorgeous photos and the quote is perfect with it!
A thinking person's quotation, for certain. Tis true, isn't it?
