Shadow on pylon of railway bridge
It was a bright sunny day, great for making strong shadows. The shadow on the left reminds me of the cat's cradle we used to make with a ring of string when we were kids.
And off topic, look at the rust and cracks in the bricks. I hope this bridge is being inspected regularly.

Under the bridge you can see intricate details.

I really like the first shot with the shadows and diagonal lines it creates. Very nice.
I have always loved photographing old railway bridges, your first shot with the shadows is perfect. B
After standing under the bridge and noticing the need for a safety inspection, I consider you a brave person.
Great shots. Most I like the first :)
Cool shadows, especially in the first shot.
Making a cat's cradle was a fun activity when we were kids. I wonder if any children today do things like that?
Hope so.
I also hope the bridge gets inspected regularly. Scary to think about.
Enjoy your week shadow hunting!
That first shot has lovely long, angular shadows!
Oh yes, I remember making cats in the cradle! Great shadow shots of the bridge!
I look at that and think there is no way I would walk across it...yet I walked across one over the river here when I was young...probably against the law then as it would be today. But I didn't know it then.
