Is this really necessary for folks up in Canada? Maybe it was posted for folks from Florida who visit Canada in the winter. Both of them.
Guess you're not a cold water swimmer! The local "Polar Bear Club" has invited me (and others) to take a plunge in our local pool in January. Temps should be around 35 outside. I would like to think I could do it, but then I ask why?
I definitely obey the No Swimming signs...even the one in my post this week. That water looks cold and rough. Not a good place to jump in for a casual swim.Your photo of it really did turn out well. genie

Now I'm curious why they don't want you to swim there... current? I'm not good at following prohibitory signs, but as everyone else said, this weather does the trick.
