That fence says so much about the farmer who probably owned this place--those stick/poles stuck in among the wiring to prevent his livestock from getting loose--reuse, reuse, reuse! Great atmosphere in your photo.

Love the old barns and the hodge podge of fencing is really interesting and appealing to my eye. Make your fence however you can for the least amount of money and hope it works. That is the motto. The log structured barns and outbuildings are so nice. You do not see many of these these days. genie

That is what we might kindly call an "organic" fence. But it somehow looks just right here.
