Wilfrid/ Barn Charm

Red and green barn, Wilfrid, Ontario

Christmas colours! Doesn't it seem appropriate to post this barn this week?

I am linking to BARN CHARM at Trish's Bluff Area Daily.

It is perfect for this week. The top of the silo is very interesting.

The silo needs work. On that middle building - if you saw that in Florida you'd say it's covered in mildew! :-)

The red really makes the shot. Nicely done. I've known some people called Wilfrid, but never a town. Strange names you've got up there! Just kidding. We've got strange names, too: "Withlacoochee River"?

Me again...the scene in yesterday's "reflection" on Stone Creek is a Photoshop "illusion" or "delusion"! There's no pond right next to the putting green! It's a flipped picture...

Worked pretty good, though, right? Fooled everybody even though I wrote that it was an illusion! :-)

The green barn seems to be a new addition. Look at that silo!

Great photo and the red and green is perfect for Christmas! I love to see silos with the barns. This one is interesting even if the top does need repair!

That roof on the silo seems unusual, to me. But it does remind me of a tree topper more than any rounded roof would.

Yes, and the old barn used to be painted green. Perfect Christmas image. I hate to see roof's needing repair, but it does create nice interest in this photo.

What a great barn, and it is very Christmasy! Thanks for stopping by my blog also! Hope you have a wonderful Christmas, and it is not too late for that white surprise. Will keep my fingers crossed for you. Know there will be no snow in Texas.

I like that silo! (:^)

You are right. Same angle different barns. Yours is the second one I've seen on Barn Charm with the same angle. I thought I was being original.
