Entering Gravenhurst on Highway 400 north of Toronto
Doesn't this sign make you feel welcome? This is Cottage Country - granite cliffs, waterfalls, rapid rivers, beautiful lakes...and quite a few tourists The boat on the sign is an invitation to cruise Lake Muskoka on the Seguin.

I love lake cruises...looks like there would be a lot to see there!
With all that forest around who would believe there's a cruise ship near by. It's an eye catching sign.
wow, now that sign is truly inviting! would love to see everything in the place!
I do feel welcome! A very nice city sign. :)
This is a gorgeous sign and very welcoming and I'd love to cruise Lake Muskoka. Are there Muskie in that lake?
We're going to cruise Tampa Bay in a couple of days...
That is such a friendly sign - hope the people living there are friendly, too:-)
That looks like an artistic endeavor!
I wonder if Tony Clement paid for that sign (or rather we all did).
That sign is very inviting- such bright colors.
the sign tells me this is a fun and beautiful place to visit. love the sign.
Your photos always make we want to come and visit your area....
Looks like my kind of countryside. Great sign with lots of color.
Makes me want to visit!
That's one great sign, but the name Gravenhurst sound a bit dower. Ships and graves don't go together very well.
I'd love to cruise the lake
Great sign.
That's great.
Sydney - City and Suburbs

Awesome....I've never seen such thing here in Portugal...

Some places have the neatest gateway signs. I have tried to get a collection of them, but most of them are on an unaccessible spot on the highway!
it is welcoming
and eye catching
thanks so much for your kind words about my marketing skills, made me smile
it's difficult to not be working and it's nice to still feel valued
Very nice sign.
Isn't the Segwun celebrating an anniversary this year? I thought I read that somewhere in my travels.
