Chickadee Trail/Friday Fences

A walk in a beloved conservation area

The snow is packed down.  This is a popular trail, one that's traveled by nature lovers of all ages - even on a cold winter afternoon.

I am linking to Friday Fences here.

That's how my back trail is beginning to look. I think I could walk it without skis or snowshoes at this point. More snow, please!

Love that fence!

It is pretty. I suppose with the right clothing it would be a nice walk. Or you could, of course, wait until decent weather comes along - you know where the temps are in the 80s.

What a gorgeous fence- and the trail must be pretty cool too!

I guess it was just too cold, even for the chickadees!

I see little wooden teepees. :)
Great shadows along the path and I can almost sense the cold air you'd breathe walking along the trail. I bet that lovely sunlight is deceiving.

Looks like a great trail to be on. The fence is so rustic. I like it. MB

What a beautiful photo. Lovely to look at after all the heat we're having here!! I'm over the heat and the year has only just started.
